| Star of India |

| Built in 1863 and originally known as the Euterpe, the Star of India has become one of the most recognizable ships in the world. It entire hull is made of iron, a first for its time, and it has enjoyed a storied career, including salmon hauling and lumber transport. |

| Old Town |

| Known as the bithplace of San Diego, Old Town is the site of the first spanish settlement. Father Junipero Serra established the first of 21 spanish settlements here on the west coast. In 1968, the area became officially recognized as the Old Town State Historic Park, to preserve it's rich heritage during the 1821 to 1872 period. |

| Located a few blocks west is an area known since the 1920's as Little Italy. Representing Downtown San Diego’s oldest continuous neighborhood business district, Little Italy has been home to more than 6,000 Italian families and helped build San Diego into the center of the world tuna industry. |

| Hosting the Padres, San Diego's baseball team, Petco Park is the most recent addition to our fantastic skyline. With a capacity of over 42,000 and city views worth paying for, it really is the crown jewel of Downtown and a great attraction for any type of visit.
